Monavie News Shamsudeen got bail

Mr Shamsudeen got bail and all the monavie distributors are relieved. Kerala High court mentioned in the order - All the money chain companies are illegal while the Multi Level Marketing companies complying to the Kerala government guidelines are legal. We need to follow Mr shamsudeen to know the next steps. People are also expecting the similiar news about Mr Sajeev Nair who is still in Jail and expecting a similar verdict from high court. The news of Monavie leaders getting bail good for all the mlm lovers in the country. But it has to been seen if the same news would help for the business to come back in the same way it was before. Monavie had got many active distributors from Kerala and other southern part of the country. Many RMP Infotec distributors also shifted to Monavie Juice company along with other leaders like Shamsudeen M, Abhilash Thomas etc.

This is indeed a good news for the Monavie distributors in Kerala. Many of them expected earlier itself. Now it is for the Monavie distributotors to really answer the questions people are asking around the world.

Leaders Ousted from RMP Infotec - Mr Shamsudeen - Part 1

This is an old news. But relevant till today. Who all are ousted from RMP with the monavie incident. RMP Infotec management came to know about the other activities of these leaders and ousted from the business. But why ?. Will RMP dig the hole for themselves. This can be said only by time. Surely all these leaders have put their heart and soul for a long time in the rmp business and made huge amount also.

 a. Mr. Shamsudeen, Crown Diamond

Mr Shamsudeen was the one the first crown diamond executives of RMP Infotec. He was having a team of around 30,00,000 distributors in RMP Infotec. Before joining rmpinfotech Mr. Shamsudeen was part of Quantum as a Diamond. It was Praveen J Chandan, managing director who invited him to RMP infotec. Mr Shamsudeen started RMP Infotec from Trivandrum, along with him close associated in Quantum like Chellam, P V Ashokan, leaders from Madhurai,  Trivandrum, Ernakulam, Thrissur, Kozhikode, he developed the rmp business with full pace. From Trivandrum, he expanded to Kanyakumari and entire Chennai. Initially RMP Infotech had just 2-3 products like TV set, Holiday resort package etc. But the energy and dedication shown by the leaders made them develop the business to most of south Indian states and then to North India.

Mr. Shamsudeen was part of the first foreign trip to Malaysia, where he was recognized by the company officials. Later the differences with the company officials made him start a separate team name HIGH OCTANE, where he was the main mentor in addition to 100 diamonds including Mr. Abhilash Thomas, Prem Kumar, Mr. P V Ashokan, Mr. Harish Shettigar, Mr. Prithviraj, Mr. Sunil Babu, Mr. Renny Varghese etc. At the same time RMP company also started a rival group called RMPian foundation under the captaincy of Mr. Dhayalan. 



Mr. Shamsudeen's friction with rmp management started around 2009, where company did not recognize the diamonds properly in the company annual meeting. From that point onwards, he was not in good relationship. Mr. Shamsudeen also was trying from his part to make RMP company to follow the rules set by Kerala government from mlm companies. He appeared in TV and expressed his views on MLM and future. Finally the news came on November 2011, that he is leaving and associating with Monavie, a Fruit Juice company from USA. This is the third stint for him in MLM. We wish all the very best.

Monavie Calicut Abhilash Thomas Reaction

Despite of the ideological difference, we part of Monavie Investigation team from India, also condemning the attack happening of various Monavie distributors across India. Violence is not solution for any differences. Mr. Shamudeen or Mr. Abhilash Thomas and RMP Infotec has contributed and benefited mutually from the business deal. Now this issue of Mr. Shamsudeen leaving RMP, and joining Monavie need not be taken personal and henceforth should be aloof from the similar violence.

This is the first reaction that came from one of the most respected personalities in MLM industry in India, Mr. Abhilash Thomas. Mr. Abhilash Thomas, condemning the attack on Mr. Shamsudeen says whatever happened in Calicut Kozhikode on Monavie Meeting is of Barbarian style with people reacting in a very uncivilized manner. But we would like to analyse what would have prompted the people of Calicut react in such manner to Mr. Shamsudeen ?

a. Mr. Shamsudeen is coming to Calicut with a new opportunity for the third time now, first with Quantum, then RMP, now Monavie. What would he be thinking when he organised the monavie program in Calicut ?. What would be the reaction of someone who attended his previous opportunities think when he now present Monavie business plan ?

b. Several attacks are reported on MLM distributors of all companies across kerala. Recently one of the previous RMP distributor, and who is now part of Monavie is attacked publically and humiliated in the marriage function in sultan battery, Wayanad district.

c. Normal people's impression about MLM, direct selling industry is very bad now. Kerala government has to take initiatives for making people aware about what is right and what is wrong .,.
