Question 1. You Purchased 543 Juice Bottles Worth 9-10 Lakhs -- Why ?? Was this Much Personal Consumption you do in Just 5-6 Months .. You again started Manipulation in This Business -- Stacking of Products .. And then You People only will sell it Under Cutting the same Juice Bottles.

FACT 1: SAJEEV NAIR BOUGHT 543 JUICE BOTTLES JUST TO QUALIFY FOR BLUE DIAMOND

You Just Purchased these Juice in so Big Quantity just to Show this Commission .. Just to Go Blue Diamond.

Question 2 . You are saying you have received this Cheque in Just 9 Weeks , Sir Just for your Information I would Like to Correct you that You have Joined this Business in Month of October - Infact on 21 st October

FACT 2 : SAJEEV NAIR HAS BEEN IN MONAVIE JUICE COMPANY FROM OCTOBER

The Planning of Joining this Juice Business started 8 Months Back -

You Became Blue Diamond So Quickly just Because You have Shifted your Entire Group to Juice Company and Even After that your Group did Not Purchase so Expensive Juice at Same time otherwise you would have got this Money in First Week itself .

and May i Ask you - If you have got 21 Lakhs After working for 6-7 Months then whats the Big Deal about it -

As mentioned by You in Newspaper when you were Terminated by AMWAY - You Yourself Mentioned that you were Getting 1.5 Crores from Amway in a Year .. That Makes 12 Lakhs a Month and 26 Lakhs in 9 weeks -

Does that mean that you are Getting Less Commission than AMWAY .

But what you promised earlier that This Juice Company will pay commission more than Amway .. Sir you Told us that Only 2 Legs we have to make - ( Pyramid System ) .. every Week you will get 20 Lakhs and More once you become Diamond in Juice Company .

Sir we were never worried about you / What Amount or Money You will Receive .

sanjeev nair and sp bharil value is only 20-30 crore rs they have been sold out of money - in seminars they speck people feel them role modles but from there heart they r cheepest people in this world

Sajeev Nair, SP Barhill, Gulab Jadeja, Ravi Jain and many more and nothing but prostitutes. A prostitute is not just someone who sells their body, it is anyone that will do anything for the sake of money. You can feel bad for someone that has such a low self esteem that they have to resort to selling their body for income. However, it is the worst when a person was worth nothing before they did the Amway business, then they made a lot of money (more than they ever imagined and then proceeded to prostitute themselves for easy money because all these people are not qualifying at the pin level they wear on their lapel. I also blame their wives for being backboneless and not reigning in their hooker husbands. My mentor asys, the true nature of a human will be revealed when they become wealthy. These scum bags abnd their wives are prime examples of that

SP Bharill, S Nair & other leaders had achieved the excellence in doing Amway bussiness. They knows Amway better than you people who are commenting. Its better if you learn with their experience rather than waste your time, money and efforts in Amway.
I am not sure wheather you get any money out of Amway bussiness or not.
But if you continue doing Amway for another 5 years you will surely get totally finacially freedom i.e. not only freedom from finance/money but also freedom from wife/childrens/friends/Job etc.

You are talking about Integrity & Hope...Do u think there is a hope of achievements in MonaVie ?
What are the credentials of this co. ? What is the background & credibility of its Founders ?

The Founder Dallin A. Larsen has been into the MLM industry for last 20 years just as an employee with some MLM companies.
His first Employment was with USANA Health Sciences as VP Sales and than he joined Dynamic Essentials as VP. This company Dynamic Essentials sold a similar juice product "Royal Tongan Limu" until legal issues with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration forced the company’s closure in 2003. Subsequently, NBTY, Inc., the parent company of Dynamic Essentials, was ordered to pay a $2 million USD settlement in a class action suit launched by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission and Department of Justice in response to misleading and illegal claims made about the purported health benefits of Royal Tongan Limu.

Than Mr. Dallin A. Larsen launched his own MLM company in the name of Monarch Health Sciences, which was founded in 2003 as a distributor of diet and weight loss supplements. Than juice was launched in January 2005 by Monarch LLC Inc. Than they again changed the name of the company to MonaVie. The name of the company has been changed 3 times in 2 years. Is this the credential of the company ?

MonaVie has been the subject of controversy, as health benefit claims for its products have not been scientifically confirmed or approved by regulatory authorities. The company's another founder Mr. Henry Marsh was an athlete, and doesn’t have any idea, What a MLM industry is all about ?

Now let's come into the income part of the MonaVie...!!

According to MonaVie Income Disclosure Statement 2010, The average annualized income for all Distributors during this period was $1,953.45 (Which is lesser than annualized income of a 12% level in Amway)... And more importantly, During 2010, approximately 86% of individuals who executed a MonaVie Distributor Application and Agreement, and made at least one purchase in the last twelve months, were considered wholesale customers and they were not entitled for the commissions...please note that commissions are given to Distributors not wholesale customers..

Now let's see what is the income position of remaining 14% people who qualified for the commissions..
Out of these remaining 14% people :

70% Distributors made annualized average income of $1,620.
20% Star ranked made annualized average income of $2,180.
5% Star 500 ranked made annualized average income of $3,980.
2% Star 1000 ranked made annualized average income of $9,282.
1% were Bronze Executive who made $18,790
1% were Silver Executive who made $29,735
Less than 1% were Gold Executive who made $52,902
Less than 1% were Ruby Executive who made $107,330
Less than 1% were Emerald Executive who made $155,889
Less than 1% were Diamond Executive who made $230,882
and it keeps on going till the top level Royal Black Diamond Executive.

If u take the Income Disclosure Statement of 2007, more worst figures are there..

In 2007, approximately 91% of individuals were not eligible for commissions..Only 9% people in the enitre MonaVie group qualified for commissions.

Total 13451 Distributors were paid annual average income of $1,912
14,236 distributors were Star with annual income of $2,179
4.388 distributors were Star 500 with annual income of $4,293
1,888 distributors were Star 1000 with annual income of $9,372
41 distributors were Emerald Executive with annual income of $151,630
23 distributors were Diamond Executive with annual income of $194,324
3 distributors were Royal Black Diamond with annual income of $2,432,223

Doesn't all these figures indicate that money is at the top level, not for the people at bottom level ?
Why ? Simply because of one simple reason...The business plan is similar to a pyramid scheme, and very few distributors actually make a profit.

If people at ground level doesn't make any profit and only solely for your profit, if you are moving your & crossline's group in this MLM than ask one question to your self "Are u doing justice ?"

This company has even faced Pyramid scheme allegations and the company, its executives, and various senior distributors were involved in five lawsuits between 2007 and 2009.

As far as the top earner of MonaVie Brig & Lita Hart are concerned, they were just one time Double Diamond Distributors in Bill Childer's group...But point to be noted here is that due to their non-focus on amway business, they were not a re-qualified Platinum distributor. They simply wanted to make money through System income by selling CD’s, Books etc. They were in dispute with InterNet and later on they formed their own system in the name of TIF (Team in Focus)...They were terminated by Amway & The Independent Business Owners Association International (IBOAI)...Than they joined Monarch Health Sciences, which later became MonaVie..Due to this, he was in a law suite with Amway & InterNet for a sum of 55 million dollar and he settled this case with amway out of the court by paying amway a hefty amount of money.

This company has been continuously facing law suits in different parts of world.
On March 18, 2008, Quixtar North America filed a multi-count federal court complaint against the MonaVie company and 16 of its distributors (John Brigham Hart, Lita Hart, Jason Lyons, Carrie Lyons, Lou Niles, Farid Zarif, and 10 anonymous defendants) for unfair competition…

Class Action Lawsuit Filed Against MonaVie in Arkansas – USA, A class action is a form of lawsuit in which a large group of people collectively bring a claim to court and/or in which a class of defendants is being sued.

My question to you & all the people who are reading this letter is that “IS YOUR & YOUR GROUP'S FUTURE SAFE WITH A COMPANY WHICH IS ON THE VERGE OF SO MANY LAW CASES AND NO BODY KNOWS THAT WHEN IT CAN GET WINDED UP”…

Last but not the least, my only question is about integrity & character of the company ?
Is this company creating leaders by entering into fresh international markets or it is just taking/breaking/purchasing leaders by giving them the greed of hefty amount of money ?

Sajeev Nair earns maximum of his money through business consultancy. He is also involved in Neuro Linguistic Programming.

Sajeev Nair & Bindu Nair has been heavily successful in Amway as Double diamonds and spreading the Amway business in kerala and other southern states. It was also a known fact for many that they are involved in more than just Amway business. Sajeev Nair has written more than 10 books. One of his very famous book, Vijayamanthrangal talks about the loyality towards a company and product. So his shift from Amway to Monavie is a BIG JOKE.

This has been a global phenomenon of Amway leaders shifting to Monavie. Brig & Lita Hart, the crown diamonds of Monavie was also part of Amway previously.

Sajiv Nair was thrown out of Amway due to following Reason

1) Sajeev Nair was terminated from Britt World Wide BWW India, because of violations of many rules. In BWW, Sajeev Nair started setting his own new business system without informing BWW. He also made maximum money out of his own training and seminars. Several of Sajeev Nair Downline Emeralds approached BWW & Amway to shift their group to Kumar Shivramakrishanan’s downline in India

2) Sajeev Nair started forcing his downlines to get enrolled into one of his products from his own Motivational Company. The price of the training programme was Rs.4500/- per person. This was again complained by some of his downline leaders to Amway India. Amway India started objecting this, because this was in direct violation of the Rules of Conduct and Code of Ethics. “You cannot sell any product, service or business activity other than amway in your LOS or crossline LOS”. When Sajeev started getting warnings about this from Amway (Even his GIP was stopped last year).

3) Rumour is going on in Kerala among distributors, that Sajeev with his political connections forced the Kerala Police to intervene with Amway operations and practically stopped the Amway workings.

From the above points, You can judge that Sajeev is filled with lots of EGO & Greed and he can go to any extent to fulfill his revenge. Plus he wants to control things, which he is getting in Monavie India.
