Kerala High court mentioned in the order - All the money chain companies are illegal while the Multi Level Marketing companies complying to the Kerala government guidelines are legal. We need to follow Mr shamsudeen to know the next steps. People are also expecting the similiar news about Mr Sajeev Nair who is still in Jail and expecting a similar verdict from high court. M Shamsudeen was earlier attached by people.

M Shamsudeen Monavie Leader Arrested

M Shamsudeen Monavie leader, 54 years old has been arrested by Kerala Police in Calicut. Shamsudeen has been previously working with RMP, Quantum, Peerless and many other MLM companies in India.

According to police Mr. Shamsudeen has made more the 100 crores from RMP business and spent them on building malls or Educational institutions. From the past one year he has made more them 15 crores in Monavie. He has been arrested for Fraud and Money Chit or Money Circulation Act. This is the second arrest made by Kerala police after arresting the main accused Mr. Sajeev Nair, Black Diamond on Monavie.

The recents arrests and fraud claims in India has shaken the roots of Monavie business around the country. This has really panicked the top management in US.

Why Monavie is a scam ??

There are thousands of Ponzi schemes out there!! A Ponzi scheme is a fraudulent investment operation that pays returns to its investors from their own money or the money paid by subsequent investors, rather than from profit earned by the individual or organization running the operation. Is Monavie another PONZI Scheme ?

Allegation No. 1: Mona vie is just like any other juice and there are no special benefits from drinking it!.

I have personally met people who take the Monavie Acai berry juice from many days. They couldnt find any special benefit of the Monavie Juice. They couldn't find any change in health issues or blood pressure. No change in chloesterol levels, no change in my joint issues, no change in pain levels, no change in energy levels or anything else.

Allegation No. 2 : Monavie juice is very expensive berry juice and basically empty calories and a sugar rush. All the positive comments which Monavie and the leaders propagates are based on anecdotal evidence and their claims are not supported by independent researchers and independent empirical data. It better to save your money and buy grape juice and you will get the same benefits that you would get from mona vie (lots of calories, natural sugars, carbohydrates, etc.).

Truth No. 1: An analysis conducted by contract laboratory Chromadex indicated that MonaVie contained low levels of the antioxidant vitamin, vitamin C, and phytochemicals such as anthocyanins and phenolics associated with antioxidant activity in vitro.

In 2008, Forbes magazine reporters Emily Lambert and Klaus Kneale noted:

“TEAM is one step ahead of all these juice selling schemes. It is a pyramid atop a pyramid. It is selling motivational aids to help MonaVie vendors move the juice. But wait. There are many health benefits Mona Vie claim including

Let me ask a simple question to all, if this product has so much unique qualities as it is claiming why don't people outside MLM request for getting the same ?. Or is it because in the multi-level marketing structure any high priced product can be easily moved through the network ?. No scientific facts have till now confirmed the real benefits. No Indian government laboratories have confirmed the EXTRA BENEFIT of Monavie juice compared to just our plain Cashew fruit juice or Grape juice.

Monavie Income Plan worst in the Market

Monavie MLM income plan is one of the worst income plan in the market. Here is the proof.

99% of MonaVie distributors earn an average of $3.75 a WEEK back in 2008 (it hasn’t changed significantly since then). It’s worth keeping in mind that those drinking the juice pay $30 a week in juice to earn that $3.75. Sounds like a good deal.

Read some of the facts,

a. Monavie pays a team commission of 10% of PV on the smallest leg when a distributor becomes active/qualifies.

b. If you need to be active for team commissions, a distributor needs to buy 1-case (4 bottles) at $130
If you have 13 distributors buying 1-case (at $130/mo) for 100 PV which creates 1300 PV on the smallest leg, 10% of 1300 PV is $130 then HE/SHE is Not in LOSS

b. Therefore, a minimum of 26 distributors are needed to buy a case free and clear per month, and at least 13 need to be on the smallest leg ordering 100 PV.

26 distributors = 1 case (your profit $130)[that's if all 26 are buying a case per month from you]
52 distributors = 2 cases (your profit $260)[that's if all 52 are buying a case per month from you])

Needing 26 people below you ordering 100 PV (at $130/mo) to be profitable is a tough road for the average distributor, and the mathematics aren’t adding up into getting new distributors in to profit quickly.

According to Monavie’s marketing sheet the average case profit is $30.

1 case (4 bottles) divided by $30 = $7.50 profit per bottle. and that doesnt even include shipping, traveling, and business expenses!

Alternatively if you divide the average hours per month required to sell Monavie as mentioned on their pamphlet it’s 32 hours.

So let’s say you sell a case a month.

32 hours of labor divided by $30 = $1 an hour. So in essence a Monavie distributor makes an average of $1 an hour. That’s less than minimum wage! and that doesnt even include shipping, traveling, and business expenses!

Qualified: You must also be qualified to earn commissions. This means you must have at least one personally sponsored and active distributor on both your left and right legs.

Active: To earn commissions you must be active. You become and remain active by purchasing a minimum of 100 PV every four weeks. For example, purchasing one case of MonaVie every four weeks will keep you active. THAT MEANS not FREEDOM from MONAVIE BUSINESS
