Sajeev Nair is very well known as a trainer and motivator in Kerala and other south Indian states. He has written a lot of book on the importance of staying in one Network Marketing MLM company. Sajeev Nair earns maximum of his money through business consultancy. He is also involved in Neuro Linguistic Programming.

Sajeev Nair & Bindu Nair has been heavily successful in Amway as Double diamonds and spreading the Amway business in kerala and other southern states. It was also a known fact for many that they are involved in more than just Amway business. Sajeev Nair has written more than 10 books. One of his very famous book, Vijayamanthrangal talks about the loyality towards a company and product. So his shift from Amway to Monavie is a BIG JOKE.

This has been a global phenomenon of Amway leaders shifting to Monavie. Brig & Lita Hart, the crown diamonds of Monavie was also part of Amway previously.

Sajiv Nair was thrown out of Amway due to following Reason

1) Sajeev Nair was terminated from Britt World Wide BWW India, because of violations of many rules. In BWW, Sajeev Nair started setting his own new business system without informing BWW. He also made maximum money out of his own training and seminars. Several of Sajeev Nair Downline Emeralds approached BWW & Amway to shift their group to Kumar Shivramakrishanan’s downline in India

2) Sajeev Nair started forcing his downlines to get enrolled into one of his products from his own Motivational Company. The price of the training programme was Rs.4500/- per person. This was again complained by some of his downline leaders to Amway India. Amway India started objecting this, because this was in direct violation of the Rules of Conduct and Code of Ethics. “You cannot sell any product, service or business activity other than amway in your LOS or crossline LOS”. When Sajeev started getting warnings about this from Amway (Even his GIP was stopped last year).

3) Rumour is going on in Kerala among distributors, that Sajeev with his political connections forced the Kerala Police to intervene with Amway operations and practically stopped the Amway workings.

From the above points, You can judge that Sajeev is filled with lots of EGO & Greed and he can go to any extent to fulfill his revenge. Plus he wants to control things, which he is getting in Monavie India. It is believed from the information through Emeralds and Diamonds, who are in Sajeev’s downline that Monavie India paid 20-30 crore to Sajeev Nair and 15-20 crore to S.P.Bharill for shifting their downline team to Monavie.

Abhilash and Shamshuddin both were in RMP for more than 9 years and every time the company introduced the new product they were the one of the key decision makers in launching the new products.Now they claim them self that products are not worth as they are milk feeding babies.One Doctorate the other one Gold medalist.They never know(what a joke) until they duped more than 2 million people and made millions of rupees through RMP.I can understand they want to grow more in life that's why they switched to Monavie its ok but, the explanation which they have given is not satisfying.Because whether they were sleeping all those years when RMP launched the useless products at a higher price.Another joke now also they might be sleeping now also as they are selling the Monavie products which is again useless and higher at price.after few years the above explanation will repeat but instead of RMP you will see the name MONAVIE..........Great abhi and shamshu keep it up ..there are lots of companies are waiting for you, so be fast to wind up with Monavie to tie-up with some other fraudster....

Sajeev Nair, SP Barhill, Gulab Jadeja, Ravi Jain and many more and nothing but prostitutes. A prostitute is not just someone who sells their body, it is anyone that will do anything for the sake of money. You can feel bad for someone that has such a low self esteem that they have to resort to selling their body for income. However, it is the worst when a person was worth nothing before they did the Amway business, then they made a lot of money (more than they ever imagined and then proceeded to prostitute themselves for easy money because all these people are not qualifying at the pin level they wear on their lapel. I also blame their wives for being backboneless and not reigning in their hooker husbands. My mentor asys, the true nature of a human will be revealed when they become wealthy. If somebody else, other than you, is having the ability to throw you out of the bussiness. Then on what basis you People claim that this "XXXXX" is my company. For any company like Amway,Monavie,others , actually these companies are doing their own business thru you and they are just using the people like you and your immotions. Whenever you realise this thing that you are not into your own bussiness but you are into Amway's or any other company's bussiness. Then surely you will try to make money by using your own skills and try to create your own empire.
I don't know , wheather you are building your own bussiness or not but it is for sure you are making bussiness for the company for which you are making efforts.
And it is also sure, If that company dosen't want to see your face then it will surely kick you out. Then you realise that it was not your company.
I don't think that any leader has done anything wrong if they join any other company. They have all rights to choose their own bussiness. Why you people using wrong language for the leaders who left any company say Amway?
I personally seen many Emralds and below to quit the Amway bussiness. It may be you tommorow. Its just the question of realisation. Whenever you will realise that you are not in your own bussiness but you are in the bussiness of Amway/Other company you will surely think over it.

SP Bharill, S Nair & other leaders had achieved the excellence in doing Amway bussiness. They knows Amway better than you people who are commenting. Its better if you learn with their experience rather than waste your time, money and efforts in Amway.
I am not sure wheather you get any money out of Amway bussiness or not.
But if you continue doing Amway for another 5 years you will surely get totally finacially freedom i.e. not only freedom from finance/money but also freedom from wife/childrens/friends/Job etc.

I have being watching Mr. Sajeev Nair from Long time. His books says "You can become Millionaire and You can become Ambani". His training says he teaches TPR, Motivation so on. His journals in magazine (Only to see in Low Class) says many things, which is of no use. Actually he and his team was a cult, where people are attracted showing fantasies in their minds and atlast nothing. Better to say he has a big quality, that is a capability to do Mass Hypnotization and atlas cheat. All MLM is same. Tell me any MLM where everyone is equally benefitted and everyone is equally earned, at least on a fraction of small variations in percentages. How many percentage of Diamond are there and how much percentage are those among the total number of members. MLM is a cult and leaders are blackmagicians

Their is lots of difference in "OPPORTUNISM" and "LOYALTY". Mr sanjeev nair and S p Bharill certainly are not "THE EXAMPLES" to follow. Even if they may have differences with Amway India [which is very natural and obvious anywhere], they would have handled it to set the example or else walked out to do some other business other then any MLM. They all work for their own interests (whatever else they say), so if there is a new joinee to a company, I trust he/she should be doing it in good prudence (after doing one's own homework). What ever we shout or blame one thing is very clear Sajeev or S P Baril grew to this state only on their own hard work and Amway at any point of time said that it stood behind the growth of the said people like everyone in this business with such a big dream to grow they also entered this business and grew, if anyone grows in any MLM it is going to be their own hard work nothing else, they stayed they worked and now they left, there is nothing wrong in leaving a company for a better payment after all we all are here and doing this business to earn only no one can deny it. And about the team it is the team that had been built by their own efforts and there is nothing wrong in directing them to the place where they can see some more good earning because taking their words only their team has come not taking the words from the company. Does Amway is claiming that they lost a big potential because of these two people's departure NO.
