Kerala high court takes the action, asks the state government to clarify on the guidelines that were relied upon to register cases against MonaVie India. Earlier Monavie India's bank accounts were freezed by Kerala Police and Crime branch. There are other incidents by kerala police which made the high court to intervene - Amway offices raided by Kerala police. 

Monavie Fraud is yet to get any response from Monavie officials and leaders on the following questions

a. Why Monavie is scam ?

According to Monavie officials, they have been operating in Kerala and other states following the rules made by the state officials. MLM industry has been still going through the rough waters with many leaders not clear about the future. Some states like Kerala, Rajasthan has come up with regulation and rules by the respective governments.


b. Why overpriced Juice ?

 Monavie was accused of duping 12 crore from the investors. According to Police Monavie operation is also in violation of the provisions of Prize Chits and Money Circulation (Banning) Act of 1978, the government contends. Monavie leader and distributor M Shamsudeen has been already released on bail.


c. Monavie Worst plan in the market 

Shamsudeen has been associated with other Network Marketing MLM companies in India like Quantum, RMP Infotech and now Monavie. He has thousands of followers who joined Monavie along with him. Monavie is known for the juice product made from Acai berry. Monavie has been advertising about the anti oxidising capability and tons of other benefits.

Another notable leader from Monavie Mr. Sajeev Nair is still in Jail and expecting to be released soon in bail.

After the good news about release of Mr. M Shamsudeen, Monavie distrubutor and Diamond executive, all Monavie distributors are awaiting the release of Mr. Sajeev Nair, Black Diamond of Monavie. Sajeev Nair was accused of duping more than 10Crores from various Monavie distributors.  Sajeev Nair's bail might be very good for Monavie company and many monavie distributors who just do the business full time.

Sajeev Nair was earlier Diamond executive in Amway Business and then joined Monavie along with some of his down lines. Monavie News Shamsudeen got bail

Mr Shamsudeen got bail and all the monavie distributors are relieved. Kerala High court mentioned in the order - All the money chain companies are illegal while the Multi Level Marketing companies complying to the Kerala government guidelines are legal. We need to follow Mr shamsudeen to know the next steps. People are also expecting the similiar news about Mr Sajeev Nair who is still in Jail and expecting a similar verdict from high court. M Shamsudeen was earlier attached by people.

Police Raid in Amway offices in Kerala

Crime branch raided Amway offices in Kerala. According to thehindu "The Crime Branch (Economic Offences), Kozhikode, conducted searches at the offices of Amway here and those at Thrissur, Kozhikode and Kannur as part of its crackdown on money chain activities. The firm's godowns at these centres were closed down and products valued at Rs.2.14 crore were seized."

But why did police conducting raids in Kerala. Amway, RMP, Monavie all are following the guidelines set by Kerala government. Earlier the month, Mr. Sajeev Nair Black Diamond of Monavie was arrested by Crime branch.

Crime branch has taken the action based on the complaint from an individual distributor who bought Amway products for more than 3 lakhs and unable to sell it. Amway office raid news in The Hindu

Trade union march in Kerala

MLM  Trade union Members, Leaders made a march towards kerala secreteriat yesterday. The march has come after the recent arrests of Mr. Shamsudeen and Mr. Sajeev Nair. Kerala Government had laid the rules for MLM/Direct selling companies before. Companies like RMP Infotec, Monavie, Amway has changed and agreed to the new regulation from the Kerala Government.

M Shamsudeen Monavie Leader Arrested

M Shamsudeen Monavie leader, 54 years old has been arrested by Kerala Police in Calicut. Shamsudeen has been previously working with RMP, Quantum, Peerless and many other MLM companies in India.

According to police Mr. Shamsudeen has made more the 100 crores from RMP business and spent them on building malls or Educational institutions. From the past one year he has made more them 15 crores in Monavie. He has been arrested for Fraud and Money Chit or Money Circulation Act. This is the second arrest made by Kerala police after arresting the main accused Mr. Sajeev Nair, Black Diamond on Monavie.
